As someone who grew up with a major love for food it was important to me to develop a plan that still satisfies my inner foodie. That being said, I show others how to make traditionally "unhealthy" foods such as burgers, pizzas, and tacos into something more macro friendly so that they can enjoy the process of weight loss without feeling restricted. My workout plans are short and effective and prove that you dont need to spend hours doing cardio at the gym to lose weight!
